100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, obtained from Cellina di Nardò and Ogliarola Salentina, varieties that are a symbol of the Apulian tradition.
Golden yellow in color with green reflections, it is distinguished by a light fruitiness and a refined aromatic profile, with sweet notes of yellow apple, almond and Mediterranean herbs, enriched by light floral accents.
The barely perceptible bitterness and spiciness create a soft, harmonious and pleasantly balanced whole.
